Listings Tab:
-Listings should auto display as long as MLS# is entered under User tab
-Can edit listings in RE/MAX and it won’t affect MRIS

Click like on facebook to market site
QR code for flyer/yard signs
-Clients can click phone icon to call agent directly
Price Change
You can change it temporarily until change sync’s from mris. (every 24 hours)
-Manage where listings are sent

Make sure to add any virtual tours

Track views on your listing

Automated e-mail with listing details and comps
-monthly activity

Buyers Tour
Enter all properties you’ll be showing
Add personal notes, buyer can see your day planned out
Clients Tab:
Offer: tells you why you missed lead
Recent web activity – shows all activity involving clients
House Icon – means client is yours
Business Card Icon –means someone else’s lead or you don’t have their email
(don’t delete these because if the other agent does delete them you will automatically get them as yours, like waiting in line)
Red Circle Icon – means the client unsubscribed
Orange Triangle Icon – means invalid email address (you can fix e-mail)
Manage Duplicates – merge duplicates, print labels
How to handle a lead who won’t respond
Copy/paste email in facebook/google to see if you can track down client and learn more about them
Text Client, some are more responsive to text or put them on a drip campaign
Contact notes:
Keep track of updates with a client in the contact notes section
Web Activity
Forms submitted – will show clients questions on properties etc.
Email Client – example “Thanks for visiting my site (show link) MLS# is a great house, check out these listings and let me know if they interest you”
Bulletin Board
Add custom message for that specific client
Shows on clients dashboard when they log into their account on your remax site
Saved Search
Choose client
View my property finder
“viewing as client”
Click Property Search
Search in the area they are interested in, search and then save search
Name search
(also good idea for clients who don’t respond)
User Tab:
Profile – where you can add a password so you can sync contacts with top producer
Primary E-mail is what your @remax.net email will forward to, leave the 2nd email slot blank to avoid duplicates
Client Notice Settings
Click to be notified every time a client logs in for saved searches, save favorites, and you can select to be cc’d or notified of listing updates
Add phone numbers, primary=mobile, add a field for text so clients know they can text you (gives option on site)
Agent MLS ID (add # to keep listings in your name and to ensure you receive all leads)
Controls
Add/edit zipcodes, turn on registration settings to require either maximum registration from clients or minimum
MLS – “Time on market report”
Lead forwarding can be turned on while your on vacation to send leads to another agent (always make agreement in writing)
Instant Acceptance
-set up leads to go to your phone, this is where you enable any incoming leads to be sent to you and received by text (it is set up in initial lead street set up wizard)
Photo
Upload photo in leadstreet, design center, and mainstreet (don’t be a “balloon head”)
Domain:
Your remax personal website will always be, Username.remaxagent.com
You can add a personal domain to forward this site to at any time (ecare can give instructions) ecare@remax.net
Site Builder
Customize your website
Site Design – play with templates in “sandbox” and it will remain private until you click Publish. This enables you to customize your website
Website Settings
Color/pattern enhances page if you’d prefer that over a template or picture
-Accent color = the bar across the top of the page
“No Header” clears top header, go to library, choose header image
Custom Header – add your own header (upload) with pics, text, etc
Info Display-
Customize website options (remove photo) turn on “Display Quick Search” turn on “Language Translator”
Social Network Links
Add icons to the site so clients can go directly to your facebook, twitter, etc
for facebook only add the part after .com/
For twitter only add part after @
For linkedin = full profile public link
