There are videos and in house training video offered by Skyslope for this product.
The staff is courteous, patient, and very helpful. A plus plus plus kind of service.
They even sent me a Starbucks card after I spent all day trying to get a complicated case through the Skyslope system.
Here are the two points.
After you submit the address to open the Listing or Contract File, print out the list of the form names.
Then write down the page numbers to the right of the name.
This one step saves much time and anguish as you then split the document to submit the required forms to the office.
There is no list of form names in Skyslope. This system beats guessing. It beats multiple tabs. It beats keeping a list on your iPad to go back and forth to check that you have married up the required forms for office submission.
Second point, when you enter the name of the form as you split the document, enter the first letter of the form only. Then stop. Do not enter anything except the first letter.
These two tips changed an all day tedious task to a project that could be completed in under thirty minutes. Now that's GOLDEN!
