A Quiet Day...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run....It was a very quiet day on the Chesapeake Day today! It was one of those days when you could keep the sliders open and listen to the sounds of the spring season and not feel one drip of humidity. It was one of those days when it was a little bit quieter on the phones because the Holiday Weekend is fast approaching. It was a peaceful kind of day. I picked up a new listing in Western Shores that hits the market right after the Holiday Weekend. There's lots of sprucing up going on this weekend. If you are in the market for a rambler on a drop dead gorgeous lot just south of Prince Frederick MD, put a call in to me right after the weekend.
A Quiet Day...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run....Tomorrow is the same agenda. I'm getting another cool Cape Cod listing in Lusby after lots of fix up and spruce up. This one will go on the market this week before the Holiday. Both listings are going to be in the low 300's and both will be move in ready and move in beau-ti-ful. There's lots going on in Southern Maryland so this just may be the quiet before the storm.
