Okay, okay it is another "Surf and Sun" Sunday and just one day after I downloaded the NEW Lion Apple software, so let me start with....
1. Lion. I can still find everything and I am noticing it is like one big iPAD in the sky so you know that has smiles for miles out of this Southern Maryland Realtor.

3. The clean, uncrowded, BRAND SPANKING NEW Edgewater Panara and Chipolte and Starbucks NEW Shopping Area for meeting spots and layovers. Check out the Burrito Bowl, YES! Then bop over to Panera for iced tea or a Starbucks desert drink later for thee!
4. Blueberries on the run are a Special Snack. Strawberries in the blender with major ice and Lite Whipped Cream are tops, too.
5. K Cups ICED in all flavors during the hot summer days rate.
6. My Mom said Dr. Oz said try Soy Milk for power surges. Newsflash it comes in chocolate. I see an iced concoction coming.
7. Top Producer 8i Things to Talk about Market Activities and solds plus Social Networking last few posts are cool TOOLS. These always give you something to talk about.
8. Was there life before Evernote? I have all my to do lists and listing notes and goal lists and class notes and you name it lists all synced to the moment on all devices. Carry a notepad anymore? Gone With the Wind.
9. The RE/MAX iPAD app. Until you open it and roam around, you have no idea how action packed and portable and valuable it can be. It is a classroom on the run between Realtor appointments.
10. The iPAD2 wide angle lens attachment from www.HDHat.com. I now shoot and upload hi def home listing videos on the go that are quite a show!
