What are the The Skinny Mini Top Ten Things to Know to Add a Contact to Agent Office Personal Edition?
Okay, here is your Cheat Sheet a la Golden Results. I am adding to this during the work day so you may want to peek back. Peek a boos are okay to do today.
1. Set up Mobile Me first. Then when you add a contact to Outlook, it automatically syncs on your iPAD, iPhone, and other laptops. One entry one time is worth many dimes of time.
2. When you open a new email, such as a new lead, right click over the email address and add to contacts. Presto, then it is added to your computer plus hits all your computers and devices via Mobile Me.
3. Is this simple or what? Then go to Contact Info and select an item you want to do under the drop down.
4. The Agent Office tab has all the items we are accustomed to seeing in the Old Agent Office. Enter your family information and Spouse information etc.
5. Add your Calendar entry from within the name so the name attaches to the action calendar item.
6. I have to start my Southern Maryland Realtor Day. I am going to ask Moira Murphy from Emphasys Software to help me with the rest. I may need to bump up to 20 items. See you later today when I fill out the rest.
