All in the day of a Southern Maryland Realtor.... I was setting up listing notebooks for my upcoming listing appointments. I got the notion to call my Dad because this kind of thing interests him. New systems. New organization. New methods. Anyway, he got involved and next thing we knew we had printed labels on the side of all the clear view notebooks and duplicate notebooks. Each one has the client's name along with a second labeled notebook which is for each Seller to keep. I will call it their communication binder and it will hold the monthly update reports I de with each Seller. It's a neat new notebook system.
All in the day of a Southern Maryland Realtor....The only thing is I now have notebooks everywhere. Riley Rover still has a place to perch but this is a bit much in his book. Or notebook...after a day of setting up cases in this new notebook system. If I bail and go back to my 7 colored hanging file system, I will fess up. Riley Rover would anyway.
