Anyone have a Glitch on Agent Office...Southern Maryland Agent questions...I have been meaning to ask this question on Active Rain so here it goes. I have a glitch that is well documented by Agent Office for several years. They have not upgraded the program in that long so I am living with the glitch. Has anyone found a solution because their tech help says they are aware of the issue but have no remedy.
Anyone have a Glitch on Agent Office...Southern Maryland Agent questions...When you create an action or a to do item using the little feet symbol, the action item that is created takes the name and garbles it. For instance, Cheryl Ritchie might look like CherylRitchie9ouy48z. Yep, no solution in a few years. Top Producer is looking really good about now. Anyone figured it out?
