First, I invite you to leave a cheerful message for my Friend "E" who was diagnosed Tuesday with Cancer Stage Three. Tomorrow is one week later and she goes into surgery in Baltimore MD. It goes that quickly.
One of my former customers and now long term friends is a Cancer Survivior. When you hear me talk about the Komen Boardwalkathon in the Twin Beaches this Fall she is one of the main reasons I started it five years ago. Anyway, that friend is a Nurse Practitioner and right off the bat she said I should start a website for my friend. Then she double checked I had done it. We do so many websites, that one more for us to garner support for our friends or customers or neighbors is is a piece of cake. This site is intuitive and simple.

Plus I wrote a 202K Streamline Mortgage Offer in Southern Maryland and used a Direct Lender named Sean Pierpoint from First Home Mortgage who did an awesome job with a long term client. He did such a nice presentation that I have a call in to Theresa Walsh at RE-Build USA, which is a NEW 203K Designation with a portal for information exchange and Lowe's tie in, to add him to their approved vendor list. Now that's a reward for a job well done.
