Client Parties...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run... I throw two client and friend and family parties a year. I kind of fell into it. I just open my House by the Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland for a few hours twice a year. I throw on a ham, potato salad, fruit salad and sodas and everyone brings a dish. I have a great big porch so this works like a charm. It's just a short walk to the Bay so I lose a lot of my guests even though there are a lot of cars here.
Client Parties...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...My Fourth of July Open is always the day before or July 3 every year because that is when the Town of Chesapeake Beach hosts their annual fireworks display over the Chesapeake Bay. I think eveyone knew I was having a party before I did because everyone started calling to ask to park at my place. Then I caught on to the idea that I may as well make it official. The second Open House is a Wreath Making Dinner Party but you will have to stay tuned for that the beginning of December at where else, Mosquito Gulch? Meanwhile, I am looking forward to q quiet Memorial Day Weekend.
