Today's the Day...
I start the data entry updates to officially switch to Top Producer 8i as my main database.
I have to give Top Producer 8i credit.
Their service is unbelievable. Off the charts.
They answer Tech Help Calls promptly and stick with you until you get it.
And they really, really know what they are doing no matter how many reps help with your questions.
My observation is that sometimes your job changes and you do not change jobs.
Sometimes your Database Product does not keep current and you have to change Databases.
The 8i product has so much of the right thing but the most RIGHT thing of all is that Top Producer has the 8i SERVICE dead right.
It's going to be a long data entry day. But TP will be just a phone call (or calls) away today.
And I must say, they will be with me all day along the way.
