Day 14 and 15 of the December 31 Day Business Challenge..some days are just fundamental down to business work days. I did a CMA for a listing that is not going to be ready until late Spring. I got up early and practiced, practiced, practiced on my iPAD.
Well, I got there and I did set it on the table. I did look up something I had forgotten to print. I used both print and interactive pieces. I had MRIS printouts and a Seller net Excel sheet emailed to make the whole process easy. I left www.rbintel.comopen. Ditto for tax records. What did I realize? OOOPPPPsss, my listing presentation on Powerpoint synced over easily but a few on the slides had too much verbiage so some of it fell off the smaller iPAD versus laptop screen.
What's the scoop and poop? I need to redo the verbose slides, add in new data, and revamp some of my marketing plan that has changed for my cool iPAD tool. A Golden Gal's Work in Southern Maryland is never done!
Day 15? Show houses in the PM. Also, listen to Janie Coffey's Tech seminar on the iPAD GotoMeeting.com app with Real Bird at Noon if I have enough time before I fly out the door for showings.
