Day 20 of the December Business Challenge includes doing a preliminary walk through of a home to go on the market so I can prepare a CMA, preparing printouts and appointments to show some homes this afternoon, cleaning up my desk so I can think straight, and meeting with some subs to get some home stuff done. HUH? Well, several times a year I hand a HONEY DO list to the Contractor who does all the fix up work on a lot of my Home Inspections. I selected him years ago because he did such a great job at my home. So, every thingbroken, stuck, falling down, not put together..i.e. not assembled...it all gets tackled this morning. Then, the gentleman who does my massive heavy cleans in homes about to go on the market, you got it...he started here first,too. So there's lots to do in Mosquito Gulch today! And it all paves the way to a clutter free, organized January 3 start the New Year Out with a CHEER mode.
