I just googled single property websites and checked out the first few entries. I have been curious whether to try a second product in addition to Real Bird. Leilani Souza's suggestion of www.epropertysites.com checked out best as a second product in the toolbox. I like the Walk score integration along with document downloads. At 10/mth for 10 listings, this is very interesting as a back up product.
I am going to schedule a www.gotomeeting.com phone appointment with an agent who knows how to do something I cannot wait to figure out how to do. Nope, don't duck because it could be you.
I have to reload my Dad's iPAD with the new Apple software release and get his apps all working again. He will now be able to email me answers when I have business questions for him. Oh Lordy, he will even have access to Facebook.
I have a new rebab listing in Chesapeake Beach to get on the market. This means more town photos, updated CMA, and lots of paperwork today on a December Day by the Chesapeake Bay.
P.S. I have to get moving on more 2011 Southern Maryland Market Reports with the new www.RBintel.com subscription starting on the 10th of the month when the NEW data hits. That means practice MORE with www.Snagit.com and www.Scribd.com for the items that do not have embed codes developed yet in my first test run for the OWINGS MD 20736 zip code.
My 2011 goal next year is to really REV up Market Reports and Neighborhood Reports. Business Posts are easy, Tech Posts are easy, Market Reports will now be easy plus Hyper Locals are starting to roll off my keyboard more quickly. Developing a Regular Neighborhood Report Format with www.MapsAlive.com is big time on my learning curve agenda the next few weeks.
I use Kinetic Knowledge for my outside Wordpress Blog. I need to call them and upgrade that site for a nominal fee to their new format. I am going to get that up and rolling over the Holidays, too. So much for a Golden Gal to do! I like to take the Holidays while it is presumably slow and REALLY GOOOOOO with projects to launch the New Year. Slow here? NOOOOOOOO!
I have to end the year digging out of a paperwork pile and finishing reloading laptops. I am glad my plate is too full to get to that the next few days. YEAHH!
