So the Active Rain Realtor Challenge is THIRTY Days of THIRTY Blogs in Southern Maryland. YOWZA! But what Realtor, particularly this Southern Maryland Realtor, can resist a good blogging challenge? Okay, Day ONE of the Active Rain Blogging Contest, what's in store today for the Golden Girl as a Southern Maryland Realtor Blogger?
I have a new listing on 210 Chesapeake Beach Road in Owings MD that is hot as a fire cracker and I need to follow up on phone calls about it and continue processing it through all the cool tech tools I do for a Southern Maryland listing for sale. I also need to check links on my sites since I am veering the direction of more blogging and less static websites without the Google Juice. I've contacted ecare at RE/MAX and their site has a property search widget that can be used on your Active Rain Blog. I received some directions and also those from Wolfnet so one way or another, it's more blogging, so search buttons for homes and land in Southern Maryland is a priority to incorporate on blog sites.
I've agreed to help a fellow Realtor with a monthly Price Workout with her Seller and do the Presentation the way I do with each of my Seller clients each month. I need to check she is getting her Notebook of Casper Showing Graphs, Feedback Reports, Marketing pieces etc. together so I am ready to rip and roar on the hour I have allocated to help her before showing Annapolis area properties.
I've talked with rbintel.com and have asked to beta test their new product to be unveiled at the MAR Convention mid September. It will enable graphs and videos and detailed stats on blogs for the Southern Maryland 10th of the month reports. Learning how to use some of the data on Excel now such as sq. ft analysis on homes in Southern Maryland that is not readly available.
Calls, tech tools, follow up, possible upcoming offers...that is Day One on the first day of this Blogging Challenge. Day One, 29 to go! One messy desk, one pile of paperwork, and lots of return emails to go!
