If you are viewing listings on your iPad or iPhone, guess what happens when you hit a Visual Tour?
You come up with a Flash Error if the Listing Agent has not taken the extra time to create a Tour via an outside vendor.
Talk about a Listing Sales Tool Benefit when they use YOU instead because you do this step so the consumer can view Home Tours on their Apple Mobile Devices.
Then did you know you can go to the My Matrix section and then to the My Settings link to set up or upload a header for your email listings that go out?
While in that area, update your email signature in case anything has changed.
Guess what else? You can email yourself the Open House listings search for the day of your own sponsored Open House.

Oh, you get 15 front page quick searches and 25 regular searches and unlimited email searches for clients.
When you save a Search for your area to check daily Updates, remember to highlight status and new so it works properly for you. Also, enter 1+ by list date, close date, and off market date so you get a true Market Hot Sheet when you save this Daily Search. Taking off for the Holiday? Hit Date since last update to see the days you missed instead of just 1+ or one day back. Hey, then email this Market Hot Sheet to yourself and put it on the 25 regular searches allowed or the front page 15.
