December Business Challenge Day 8 and 9...what's in store? The big focus is to get my rehab in the Town of Chesapeake Beach on the market and a lot of the marketing products lined up. I do not expect for this listing to last long. Matter of fact, I am going to put a few calls in to past clients to see if they would like an investment property because this will be low 200's mint condition in the Northern end of Calvert County.
While preparing my Dad's iPAD for his trip , I called Docusign on a whim and got a good tech rep who guided me through uninstalling and reinstalling the app and PRESTO now there is no server error message. I was initially told to wait for the next release but it was a simple delete and reload. It took all day to update his ipad with the new Apple software and then swap out apps, test apps plus make his iPAD operational without a hitch or glitch.
I am going to need to redo my favorite iPAD apps list. I deleted a lot, added a few, and am treating it like a clean the closet and load laptop type project.
I have decided to write the North Pole and ask for a day off. In between the Wreath Party, the Laptop reloads, the iPAD load, the settlements, the showings and the paperwork, I could use a glass of iced tea, a great book on the iPAD, and nothing to do for a whole day but the simple enjoyment of doing completely nothing.
