What are your Favorite Pricing Graphs and Scripts for Listing Presentations? Well, for starters, this Starpower Graph , one of may all time Starpower favorties, says it all!

I had to track this graphic down through a lot of resources such as the New Starpower Folks and Mike Parker and some coworkers and a Starpower Seminar Speaker, Brian Maecker, so Bookmark this because I would not give up today until I found it! Golden Results means Golden thru and thru for you!
My Favorite Pricing Graph and Scripts for Listing Presentations also include the Starpower concept that "It is a Price War and a Beauty Contest and you have to win at both."
Two Starpower Scripts of the day also resonate with me for my favorite pricing graph and listing presentation scripts. They are:
"According to the National Association of REALTORS®, if your house is priced correctly, we should get one offer for every 10 showings, and in a normal market, we should get (1) to (2) showings per week. If we don't get the showings, the market is talking to us and we'll need to adjust the price. Additionally, if we have 10 showings and no offers, that's the same as getting no showings and no offers, and we'll have to look at the price again."
The second one I really like is:
"If your home isn't priced right, then the people won't see it; it will be invisible to them. And the people who can afford it, won't want it because they're going to perceive the home as lesser value."
Anyway, I am revamping my 2010 Listing Presentation with all my new Tech Tools which easily add up to way over a dozen. So, while doing so, I thought I would share these personal favorite Starpower scripts and graph with you that I have researched this week for my NEW 2010 Southern Maryland Powerpoint Listing Presentation.
