Good Night Irene....Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...My last project of the day? Write a blog post because one more Active Rain post puts me at the top of the Active Rain points in Calvert County after ten months of blogging! My goal had been to get to 100K points and then what they heck, 200K points, and then it just sort of happened that the points all mounted. But let's talk about the rest of a Realtor's Day in Southern Maryland. We do house tour on Tuesdays, so we saw three new listings in Southern Maryland this morning. I had three listing appointments, yep, three. Two were to see homes for the first time so I can research the numbers this week. The third was a Southern Maryland Pricing Workout and we agreed on the price to market the home June 1. The next two I will do the pricing workouts via Gotomeeting.com for the three investors and in person for the other Seller. If you are in the market for some 300-400K new Southern Maryland listings, check back with me in a couple of weeks maximum for some Southern Maryland Housing bona fide beauties!
Good Night Irene....Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...Let's see, I also visited my friend "E" who is doing well between her chemo treatments. I gave her some "Cooking Light" mags which delighted her plus a free Netflix friend card for a month. She is also getting a FREE DVD player Friday which was a result of buying a bunch of paper I needed anyway. That plus a few movies in my stash should give her some nice entertainment. Oh, I peeked at the Droid in Verizon and of course did my Panera and Starbucks stops. The Vet came over and gave Riley Rover some in home attention for his stitches plus he helped me carry all my new boxes of paper downstairs. Talk about a great neighbor and vet. So that brings me to the Good Night, Irene part. Monique Hailer, you need to get blogging again because you are letting me sail past you too easily. Come on girl, don't go down without a fight...blog with all your might! She will stay up thru the night if I don't shut up!Anyway...
