She has created tutorials, fielded phone calls, and been my go to Tech and Social Networking person for a few years now.
It is a non paying position but I figure someway, somehow, someday I will send Janie Coffey a Coral Gables FLA Real Estate Referral her way. Or hey, maybe you can someday!
Anyway....
I have a following these days.

Janie Coffey has given me nonstop support over the past two years to learn social networking and new tech tools.
I am on my third pair of sneakers stalking her on social networking and tech tips.
I stay a year behind her but now I send her cool tools and tips just in case she has not found them yet.
Unlikely, but I may land on one yet.
I also need to thank Gabe Gross at Real Bird who introduced me to @JanieC . I just emailed Gabe@RealBird.com a special thanks.
I also want to thanks to Seth Kaplan at www.MobileRealEstateId.com who just wrote code for me on my new WordPress IDX solution so it would work there.
And my friend and Former Manager, Gail, who always has great guidance ready to dispense.
And THIRTY years of nonstop Realtor MENTORING from Judy. This kind of guidance defies gravity. What Fortitude and Loyalty!
