Have you tried www.GotoMeeting.com for your Listing Presentation yet? After a month or so of nonstop Southern Maryland snow, you get kind of creative on how to do a few Realtor tasks. Today I tried a trail run on www.GotoMeeting.com for my Southern Maryland Listing Presentation. I have clients that are out of town. I also have clients here, there and everywhere with all different schedules. I am implementing an online Document storage called Relay. I am also unrolling Docusign which enables email signatures on the Listing and contract paperwork.
This GotoMeeting concept was a natural next step. I need a visual learning tool when an in person meeting is not an option. The first thirty days are FREE. I also used it today to show some Realtors how I do my Pricing Research for each case. Everyone can be in different areas of the country or state.
