When you're buried in snow in Southern Maryland with no place to go, you do things like clean your desk and eliminate all paperwork piles. One GOLDEN DISCOVERY that I unearthed during my paperwork DIG are the Highlights of the REBAC Article on Social Bookmarking Sites.
What are the Highlights of the REBAC , or Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council , Article on Social Bookmarking Sites? Check out each of these sites for starters. Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Yahoo Buzz and Google Reader, Diigo, Stumle Upon and Kaboodle. I had already done on all on the list but Kaboodle, which is the largest bookmarking site geared towards online shopping, and Diigo, which lets you highlight text and add sticky notes to web pages, and Reddit, which has an private messaging system and is similar to Digg with less serious topics. I really like Delicious a GOLDEN bunch. It enables me to follow people or them to follow me and see what new social networking tools or websites have gotten my/their attention. It is great for idea sharing.It is also a great tool to be able to access all your favorites on any computer anywhere.
Bookmarking sites allow you to share, flag, and react to online content. It's a better bookkmarking system that allows you to learn form others as well as collaborate. It is a web based type of application that is geared for ease of use. Check out some of the social bookmarking sites!
