The goal is organic traffic versus pay per click traffic. She mentioned she uses Kompozr for the different fonts and colors in her post. There is a free article for bloggers on http://bit.ly/a6Fbk7. She uses Point 2 agent as one of her tools. She also gave Localism post ideas of events, restaurants, shops, gyms, schools, and attractions.

Highlights of Virtual Bar Camp April 2010...Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run. My favorite part was the concept that Zillow is a starting point only. It is not the end point but the start point. There are even accuracy tables posted by Zillow to clarify this. As the Market Expert in your area, the hands on experience and knowledge really count.
