How many hours do you spend on the average Listing? Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...I think if my memory is correct that they said about 100 hours in a CRS Class a few years back. I have been thinking a lot about it this weekend because I have three NEW listings to process in Southern Maryland. Plus, I wanted to modify my action list at the same time and add a lot of my new tech tools and Social Networking Skills. So, while revamping, I have mentally been adding it up. I'm curious what your average time from start to finish on a listing might be?
How many hours do you spend on the average Listing? Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...Anyway, rough guess, it has to be over 150 hours now per listing when you add it up. When I finish running all the new listings thru the checklist plus do my existing listings, then calculatethru the offer and tests and settlement date, it may be more. One thing for sure, overpriced listings are not even a possibility with this kind of time investment to properly market the Southern Maryland homes for sale. My new Listing Process Checklist has roughly 50 items on it and many items are on each line! So , no shortcuts here, just "Golden Results."
