How to Copy Yourself in Outlook 2010 when you have Multiple Devices...
That should be easy enough to figure out. Matter of fact on a Mac, on an iPAD and on an iPhone it is dead simple.
You turn on a button.
Here is the thesis, doctorate, or encyclopedia of instructions for a PC. It is not as easy.
But the Realtor Goal of records, records, records goes awry when you you are using multiple devices.
Sure, it is easy to see what you send out in the Apple World.
Here you go for the instructions to CC yourself in the PC World when you use Outlook 2010.
Open Outlook 2010 and then open the Home Tab.
Go to the Rules drop down.
Drop down and select Manage Rules and Alerts.
Hit New Rule.
Go to Start from Blank Rule.
Apply Rule on Messages I send.
Hit Next.
Hit Sent to People or Public Group.
In step 2 on same screen, click the words "people or public group."
Then type in the desired email address.
Hit Next.
Hit Next.
Hit Finish.
Moral of the story, one step on a MAC and a dozen or more on a PC.
FYI, the number is 1 800 275 2273 OR 1 800 APL CARE when your next PC Crashes. Oh, whoops, that's the three year service line where they take your call live and answer all your MAC questions. The sales line is on www.apple.com. You can call unlimited on the first line and you only need once on the second.
Now let me go back and check all dozen or so steps and hope I finally wrote it all down just right. Sit tight, this could take all night.
