So here's the SCOOP. I have another new listing in Calvert County MD. As usual, I like to have Amerispec do a thorough home inspection then hand the Contractor the punch list for bids. Then we all go to town getting the home in SHOW condition.

Today, some of the agents who have nearby listings wanted a Sneak Preview of the home! Rather than send a few random photos, I imported them in to TourFactory.com. I made two simple changes. I changed the status to Active and under Features in the Property Type TAB I selected "Other-Non Syndicated."
Presto, instead of a couple of advance photos there are FIFTY.
Nifty, huh?
