How to take rapid fire Realtor notes on an iPAD and then transcribe them into your Mobile Database?
This is easy but not obvious at first.
Once you start blogging on your iPad and then adding photos and clip art on your iPAD and let 's not stop there.....once you write and ratify contracts on your iPAD it is a small step to start doing most of your database work there, too.
Face it, you just get really fast. So fast you can do a listing set of notes and treat it like a pen and pad of paper while walking around the new listing.
GULP. Yep, i did it. GO GREEN!
Okay, so what Pedro at Top Producer helped me figure out was to use the yellow note pad app icon on the front screen of your iPAD.
It is on faster that you can say GO! Then copy and paste the new note to the new Top Producer Mobile site notes section.
Then look at your iPhone to see the just written note that hits your iPhone instantly because all of this is rigged to be on the iCloud.
Enter any remaining phone numbers or details easily while looking at the iPhone and entering the data in the iPAD.
Simple. Easy Peasy. Go ahead, tell Santa you have been very good. Then tell Santa you have already learned HOW! WOW!
