I've had my nose so stuck in this iPAD Realtor Gadget that Riley Rover, featured protecting his green bone in the photo below, was looking a little dejected. So after the showing appointment, we went to McDonalds and got a McFlurry. I shared it with him. He was loving life. He was very polite about the 50-50 division of sweets and treats.
He was so gentle and sweet that I almost forgave him for jumping out of the Jeep at the home and me running and hollering after him with my client chasing him, too. We managed to get him back safely in the Jeep so we could focus on the home. He roamed one big field and chased all over which meant that this was one disheveled Southern Maryland Realtor. I told him I was going to leave him home next time but I think my Client was a little amused at my loss of decorum. Anyway, he was all grins but Riley Rover commited the ULTIMATE Realtor Puppy SIN of NEVER leave the Jeep during showings. How he ended up with half my McFlurry is still beyond me.
