iPAD Adventures Day 18...Docusign is easy Realtors will find! Today's iPAD project was to understand Docusign on the iPAD which bottom line means the ability to write real estate contracts and addendums and forms free of office boundaries. I started by reading the eleven page pdf I posted yesterday via Scribd thanks to the Docusign folks! The instructions are very simple and easy to understand. Then I called in and got great hands on help from Bo twice during the day.
I signed up for the wrong class so I am rerouting to take the correct class one afternoon next week. I need the nuts and bolts class not the why you may want Docusign class so I will try, try again and sign up for the correct lesson.
Bo taught me how to add the print function to each laptop. It's a download and easy to do. I also learned how to email the pdf to drafts@docusign.net.
You can read the eleven page iPAD Docusign manual or the ninety five War and Peace Docusign Version. Or, you can download the long version into Box.net or Dropbox.net which both have an apple app for your iPAD. Then you can read the manual on the road. I am not sure the long version is necessary. I am curious once I put the Excel Net Sheet that I created for my Seller Net plus my Buyer Closing Cost Estimators on DropBox and Box how I will modify and utilize them. Unsure but will open that door next!
The laptop version and the iPAD Docusign version seemed very much alike. There is a server glitch error on the iPAD which is being resolved by the next iPAD Docusign app release Dec. 12. So by the time the iPAD rolls off the sleigh, you should be aok. I am anxious for the new Apple Software release this month that enables wireless printing on the iPAD.

I tested a few docs on the AgentAnyware server based contracts program that the RE/MAX 100 agents use in the DC area by emailing the pdf to myself and then forwarding the email from my email address. The correct email address is verified so this step is necessary rather than forwarding the pdf directly from the contracts program.
