Buy a separate pair of earbuds for itunes and for videos.
Have all your apps on itunes preselected and purchased and downloaded from the itunes Store so you are ready to roll.
Purchase a protective case in advance for the same reason. Best Buy has one that is a dual purpose display stand and protective case with a light blue interior and black exterior that looks very functional.
Take a few days off. You may as well do this over the Holidays when it is okay for everybody to "lose" you for a few days while you get your iPAD up and running for Real Estate. Well, one thing that is good is that it is not Holiday Fattening. It's no calories, just all fun.
