iPAD Adventures Day Eleven...Seven Realtor Reasons to Be Good for Santa! Okay, here on day ELEVEN as a Bona Fide Southern Maryland Realtor iPAD User, these are my SEVEN biggest reasons I enjoy my new gadget. Riley Rover likes anything that mentions bones so I figured that would wake him up from a snooze this morning.

Instant On Anywhere. You just don't have time to fire up a laptop let alone drag it into homes you are showing and besides who can drag that around in a purse? But an iPAD ? Fits in your purse or in a neat Apple Case and is ready, Freddie.
Down Time becomes Uptime. Forget idle time during an inspection or in a shopping line. This gadget works fine anytime.
Tech Badge. You can talk it but this gadget walks it. You show you are technology proficient with your clients. But the cool part is any kid you love dearly can teach you how to do this in under an hour. I went with a friend to lunch yesterday and she was up and rolling by end of lunch hour. Play while you Work... all the Time. It's every gadget rolled in to one. I have my books, music, newspapers and magazines all in one contraption. Neil Diamond "Dreams" is already loaded along with the latest CD's from Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Rod Stewart, Trace Adkins etc. Plus, I am tapping my toe to go get the NEW Norah Jones, Bruce Springsteen, Rascal Flats, Tim McGraw and Eric Clapton CD's on the "PAD" this month. I can read the Washington Post or flip over to People Magazine and then back to Fox News or CNN. This is a BIG win.
Let ADHD be. If you have a few channels going and like to be doing a few things at once, this is Nirvana. If you like one thing at a time, this is like fine wine, too.
Brainstorms. When you have one, the info is right at your fingertips to jot a note or research further or send someone a quick email to investigate.
Simple. It's simple to learn and simple to use and SIMPLY FUN on the RUN for this Southern Maryland Realtor.
Next goals? Load my Listing Presentation, load a NET Sheet, get Docusign up and running, practice wireless printing and simply keep using the iPAD to its full Realtor capacity...and then some. Hear the hum...Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus, right down Santa Claus Lane. It's a gain, not a pain, to write your Dear Santa Letter ( I want an iPAD) letter on Active Rain! It wouldn't hurt, though, to tape the letter to the medicine cabinet mirror or maybe even the refirgerator door. Hey, that just woke Riley Rover up from his nap again.
