iPAD Adventures Day Fourteen...Now you will REALLY Lean toward this Realtor Tool! Okay, if Riley Rover drools after reading this, I will not tell on him... or you, too!
iPAD Adventures Day Fourteen...Now you will REALLY Lean toward this Realtor Tool!My last three projects on setting up the iPAD , after a couple of weeks since purchasing it from Verizon, are to practice big time on MLS so I will be proficient on the spot with a Buyer or Seller, import my listing presentation and ditto, rehearse that, then lastly get Docusign up and running. So which comes first?
Well as the official Queen of Crash, as in no computer is immune to my charms to detonate it, it would stand to reason that the MRIS project would rise to the surface first. Nothing like figuring out something when you absolutely have to master it. We have House Tour on Tuesdays in Southern Maryland. There is also an agent open at one of the NEW RE/MAX 100 listings afterward. We receive pdf printouts of the Tour Lineup and the Broker Opens each Monday.
Do I need to tell you my printer would not print? AGAIN? As in I spent over an hour with HP trying to get it to work all to no avail. And rather than sponsor visions of tossing it in the Chesapeake Bay, I calmed down and decided to figure out what to do this morning. My first thought was to get another printer set up in the morning. My second, rested and rejuvenated thought was...hey, just email the listings with directions to the iPAD and read the directions as needed. Heck, I could even pull up MLS detailed information for my own NEW lot listing in Prince Frederick MD for $59,900 when I presented the listing on Tour. Then I got really daring and pulled up all the components on MRIS for my lot listing on Shore Drive North. I have it ready to roll (as it a bag of Tootsie Rolls is already in the Jeep for the RE/MAX 100 agents on Tuesday House Tour!) I have all the components ready to show the Agents so they can see the iPAD in action. Community info, 30 photos, Directions, History, SDAT info, Maps, you name it. I am one prepared former Girl Scout.
All I have to do now is practice the iPAD on the Agents during house tour and then I am ready to use the iPAD with Clients. So two projects are left to go which are import my Powerpoint Listing Presentation and get Docusign up and rolling immediately. Your guess is as good as mine which is tomorrow. One thing for sure, this is a "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway last few projects. I will have to call Docusign and get help big time. This probably means importing the slideshow comes next. Oh, I added a few apps today called Pulse, Instapaper, and the Jeep one. No comment on the Jeep one. I can drool, too. Step over Riley Rover!
