iPAD Adventures Day Nine..The iPAD is FINE like good WINE! This Realtor Tool is DIVINE! This afternoon I met a client who need about an hour to look at a home again to thoroughly inspect it before submitting an offer. Instead of having idle time, I was fully operational on a larger than a cell phone screen email device. I caught up on Facebook and Twitter, read my emails, returned calls, and loved this cool tool. There was no time waisted. I could read PDF's. I could surf. I have not even loaded my contacts yet and it is working like a Breeze.
I could have read a Kindle Book or listened to Neil Diamond's new "Dreams" CD but I was too busy catching up on work in between appointments. This is going to be one great timesaver. Did I mention I received a text lead off of RE/MAX Leadstreet the other night very late and was able to capture the lead quickly just by virtue of being on the device exploring how to use it? YOWZA! I am curious how long it will take to recoup this investment!
