So, how many times have you visited the Verizon store today? Or called? Apple just announced and described the NEW MAC Air as "what would happen if a MAC and an IPAD hooked up." And it has debuted at the 128 gigs I have been waiting to get for my itunes collection. True to form, Apple has also just doubled the flash this year as anticipated.
SO, Apple has the technology in hand to unveil a 128 gig IPAD. The question is when. That is enough to make me stall until it is announced. I do not want to know they have the flash technology and miss it with the Verizon release Thursday... UNLESS the Verizon release has the 128 gigs.
This is a conundrum with cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
So I am on the edge of my seat. I am listening to CNET Loaded every day. I am stopping by the Verizon store. I am being an overall and unabashed nerd about this.
I just noticed a post today where Pat Kennedy got her iPAD and downloaded iremote for FREE so she can post blogs and links and comments and photos on Active Rain. YAHOO!.
The IPAD does everything I need right now for real estate but take out the trash. Sure, there's no flash yet and no USB port and no camera, but these are not as important to me now as being able to use the Docusign app to do a contract on the run or being able to use the new wireless printer feature that gets released with the new November software upgrade. IPAD2 is next summer and that is an entire Spring Selling Season away.
I wish waiting did not take so long.
P.S. I even turned back in (to the tune of a $37.00 restock fee for my FREE mi fi ) my hot off the delivery truck mi fi since all the blogs clearly say the package deal at Verizon with the best pricing is limited to a new MiFi Purchase with the IPAD. The BIG question is, when will it have the 128 gigs?
