Is it the Train Ride or the Train Station...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run! The train station for me this Memorial Day Weekend was to have some fun and enjoy some relaxation and also mix in some business projects while everyone was at the Ocean or busy by the Grill or enjoying Family Events. The train station is getting reached but the train ride is a different route than I expected.
Is it the Train Ride or the Train Station...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run! I was going to lay low but I think a lot of my friends had other ideas. This is my favorite weekend of the year so I am game. One friend got yick yacking with me and I started complaining and carrying on that I had not gotten my yearly birthday present from her which is her homemade crab soup . Next thing I know I am invited again to one of her huge family gatherings on the water with crabs and food from here to who knows where. Note to self: compalin more .Yum, I get to retrieve my crab soup... yippee skippee! Now you know I did not turn down that invitation. Another friend called and wanted to see the Russell Crowe movie "Robin Hood". I am a sucker for any kind of Star Trek or adventure movie so guess where I was parked last night?
Another friend called and wants to head down and check out the Rod n Reel Breakfast Buffet near me on the water so you don't think I am missing that, right? Then no way am I going to miss sitting on the Beach with me folks later at Neeld Estate. That is a lifetime ritual. So, you get the drift. I did a few shifts when friends ad family started calling. I love Memorial Day Weekend. Oh, 8i training DVD's and Quickbooks? If you see me duck for a while, guess what is on the agenda? Hmmm.. I want to see the Sandra Bullock movie I missed, too. If you see me sailing down the Southern Maryland roads taking photos in between, yep, that's prep for some new listings that hit right after the Holiday. If you see a momentary "Do Not Disturb" sign, it is me sliding in some work betweem the fun which is what a Southern Maryland Realtor does while on the run!
