It's a Database Kind of Day!
I like what Pat Zaby said in a Real Estate Class at the RE/MAX Convention one year.
He said when you work on your database, you make money.
WHAT? You're not doing this or that ...you are just working on your database?
I am turning this into an art form. Not because I wanted to but because I had to make a switch.
I was definitely a "I would rather fight than switch" kind of Database Gal.
But sometimes things quit on you instead of you making the decision to quit on them.
My decades old database went kerplop.
So I have had to bebop back from the flop.
I am calling past clients, friends, family, neighbors, etc. I am getting Facebook information and sending Market Snapshots and ENeighborhood Reports and entering in Birthdays and did I forget to say each call takes a while to catch up on what has been up and how everybody is doing this summer? But you see, that is a good thing because they each are special to me.
Oh, and while catching up I am asking everyone to join me on the Annual Komen Boardwalk Event in the Twin Beaches Saturday AM October 1. Lace up your Sneakers and join us and when did you say your Birthday is again?
