Give up stuff in bags and boxes with ingredients listed. Rev up fruit and vegetables. If it goes down the chute, it has to be healthy. No junk food, no sweets, just a focus on healthy.

Sometimes the shifts and changes are just simple. Cut out the junk and focus on the important stuff. Look at it as fuel. Limited amount goes in the system so what does has to matter.
Minus Thirty Pounds and Counting...A Revamped Snack Plan for a Southern MD Realtor on the Run...So, thirty pounds less, now my snacks are sugar free apple sauce for 60 calories, low fat yogurt for 80 calories, fruit, veggies, peanuts, and all kinds of homemade smoothies with ice chips. My favorite is oranges, frozen bananas, strawberries, oats, and nuts mixed in the blender with ice. Oh, no more 650 calorie Fraps. Now it is Skinny and non fat and sugar free latte a la Starbucks. It has been so long since I have had sugar it would send me in orbit! That first week, though, was a doozie.
