It's funny, every Columbus Day Weekend I think I will take off like I do on other Holiday weekends, and like clockwork every year I sit at my desk to catch up on paperwork on a perfect Fall day and usually write a contract or do something extra productive as a result of just plodding away. Matter of fact, I sometimes call one past client in particular to remind him of this on Columbus Day weekends and check on how he is doing.
So...Paperwork is stacked chin deep, no forehead deep, but I have to get with a Seller to review multiple offers on a property I have listed. Then I also need to write an offer in the afternoon on an Annapolis MD property. Columbus Day is always a treat...open doors and windows means open for business, too! Enjoy your Fall Holiday Weekend!
