Anyway, he has a product with pricing visuals that he mentioned so I was intrigued and purchased them to improve my Presentation again. There were a few that made it very worthwhile. I want some to accompany the scripts I have developed and have an email in to him to see if he would do this.

I have been working on this for weeks and have mentioned it here and there and have been pleasantly surprised at how many agents from other parts of the country want to hear it. Funny, it's the one thing that is not shared much among agents due to competition in your own marketplace. This is understandable but the learning curve could be huge if shared with agents outside of my Southern Maryland Marketplace.
More about Priceless Southern Maryland Listing Presentations...so, the idea fell in place to use GotoMeeting.com not only for out of state sellers when I need to give a listing presentation, but I am also trying to share my newly developed...as in practice repeatedly...my Southern Maryland New Listing Presentation with out of area agents. I have 15 agents who can listen in this Friday March 12 at 4PM EST for an hour. There are maybe 10 spaces left. It would become an original way to network via comapring our Listing Presentations across the country for new ideas and new methods. EMail me if you are interested. There is a focus on pricing correctly plus the new ( almost 24!) technology tools I have implemented. No, you won't hear Riley Rover in the background this time.
