My Best Friend's Mom said...do a little every day.
Of course I thought she was crazy. Off beat. Definitely wrong.
What does your Best Friend's Mom know when you are Kids, right?
Well, maybe a lot.
Mrs. K used to say she would do a little housekeeping every day. One project a day.
BOOO! I did not like that idea. Why make every day have a little misery? Nope, not me. One day for cleaning and Friday was it for me.
Fast forward a few decades.
I get Mrs. K now. And how, she was right. Why ruin one day? Just spread it out so it is easy to stay on top of your chores. This goes for work and home. Take the big project and divide it into small pieces when you hit a roadblock. Then plug away.
Funny how your Mom and Best Friend's Mom got it right all along. Now that would make a nice Country Song.
