Here is my MAC Learning Curve Questions and Answer List compiled on Evernote. I posted the first half of this in May and here is the second half. I have kept a list on Evernote of my ongoing questions and answers. I have a three year Apple Support Plan which is worth its weight in gold. I have called in with a batch of questions each time. It took a few weeks to a month to get functional on the new operating system after a decades long PC focus. I am still using my PC's as my main work focus while learning this on the side. Set up Voice Pass for up to three phone lines to avoid Serial Number and Misc. Registration Questions...i.e. speed
My Mac Book Pro Serial Number is ...
My Apple Care 3 year support number is ...
Instead of Control Key...Use Command Prompt...Symbol locations for these are... FAT Arrow is Shift Key ... Squiggle is Option Key...Sickle is Escape Key
Font Enlargement is Apple Menu then Preferences then Hardware then Display in second row...
Download one resolution each time until font is comfortable.
Apple Screen Enlargement Technique is Drag edge of box by mouse outward
Control Alt Delete is Force Quit which is Option Command Escape
Trackpad on System Preferences lets you change secondary click to be like a PC right click instead of two finger tap.

To remove an app from the Dock just drag and drop.
When this fails, close the program then repeat.
To close the open program which has blue light on Dock bar, click until Quit Screen appears. Click Quit.
On Safari, Home Page Set Up is drag icon to the bookmark toolbar
Safari Enlargement is drag or change resolution under display
F5 F6 is keyboard illumination
Preview is built in to preview PDF i.e. does not have to be on Doc
Finder Dropbox Green Checkmark means a shared program.
Downloads shows all downloads. Also, install images show up afterwards on right of screen.
Log out or drag to trash or shut down for these to disappear.
Read Document called "On windows I used to ..."
Top right triangle with error key is the disc eject button.
Font size increase is Command and then the plus or minus on the keyboard.
To cut from the screen it's Shift & Command & 4. It creates "screen capture with date and time" and puts it on your desktop.
AR photos work the same as PC photos. Just need to know the file it is saved in to pull it up.
Name your photos when you upload them they can be found by name in Groups.

To Add PDF attachment to email look for it is Downloads under my User Name and attach to email.
