This is a big thank you to Lina Robertson halfway across the country from my Southern Maryland Turf. I noticed her awesome RE/MAX Balloon Branded Market Share Charts on Active Rain posts and next I noticed that her RE/MAX site uses, to my surprise, a totally different vendor called Reliance. Then she generously allowed me to explore the Reliance back end site yesterday. Here are the unscripted reactions and comments and questions and answers this weekend as I roamed through a RE/MAX Reliance Website.
So here's My RE/MAX Reliance Reaction... A Thanks to Lina Robertson!

Announcements for RE/MAX agents like the JD Powers NEWS and something called toor.me that look very interesting.
Video Help Tutorials, cool. Recent Enhancements, nice.
Good Lord, look at all the recent activity on this site. +++++ clients, FEINT!
OMG 8i integration
I like the Listing Views and Demo Tool.
Check out these awesome reports for the LA.
WAIL, there are your Blog RE/MAX Branded Balloons I love again.
Awesome Reports. AWESOME.
Source Codes, GEEZ.
I like your Luminous Blue 2.
I loved the RE/MAX LIGHTS Graph and Larry King Live Spoof…have not found them yet.
CAN YOU EMAIL SELLERS THEIR VIEWED STATS EASILY? YESSSSS!
Can you pick the mobile version or the full screen version. Yep!
It is just one Big Wow!
Then I learned the answers to all my questions about the Reliance Website for RE/MAX:

You can turn the "WHO is on RE/MAX now?" U.S. map back on with a click of a button. More answers....
The seller reports are automated. Once you enter the client in, attach it to their listing, then the system automatically sends them a report every Monday morning showing them the website activity.
You can have a WP blog, but it is best to link it back to this website. This is a main website and everything you do online is with the intent of funneling it back to the RE/MAX site where you can track the clients.
The blog on the website is provided by Reliance.... just copy market reports from AR into the RE/MAX site.
This also has an automated drip email campaign, and it automatically sends out monthly newsletters to clients. And yes….the source codes are amazing!
That's the SCOOP on the Reliance for RE/MAX Website! You'll Retrieve Golden Results with Cheryl Ritchie, RE/MAX 100, for all your Southern Maryland Real Estate Services. Thanks, Lina, for the great tour! And.... photos are compliments of fellow Active Rain RE/MAX Bloggers, Steve and Jan Bachman,,,,Thanks, to you two, too!
