NAR Nationwide Open House April 10-11...Let's Brainstorm some GREAT Open House Ideas Here! My third idea is to have each Seller have a neat snack for fun. It would be intersting to have door prizes from the company that give the best attendees at the most RE/MAX 100/your company Open Homes. I will have to check into this. I also think information on the tax incentive thru the end of the month and a list of other homes open at each home is an idea. Facebook and Twitter are musts. A Twitter Hashtag #NationwideOpenHouse...hmmm?
