New Systems mean New Stuff for the Realtor NEW Systems...First, it started with making a decision to change from a hanging file folder system to a notebook system for Sellers and Buyers. I switched my paper to three hole punch in both my fax and printer to accommodate the change. Plus, I take notes in a notebook about all calls each day which are also entered into my contact manager. But the other supplies also needed ramping up for the total systems change.
New Systems mean New Stuff for the Realtor NEW Systems...I needed some NEW Office Depot Wilson Jones View Binders on sale for just over two dollars. You can insert bar graphs and personalized messages on the front and on the spine. I also needed Avery 10 tab dividers. Then I needed some makeshift system to stack all the notebooks which means the floor was getting kind of congested while I set all this up. So, figure this, there is a sale on Lands End tote bags which tote bag will travel is a lifestyle for me anyway. The file cabinet is too far from the phone and I want to have ready freddy information when I get calls. So, Riley Rover has had a truck or two to bark at lately while I change some Southern Maryland Realtor systems. I think I am a chip off the old block, too, because one of the trucks belongs to my Dad who is passing along a lot of his notebooks that he no longer uses.
