No Snacks tomorrow...unhealthy I mean. I have cleaned out the cupboards. No more Jelly Belly Jar. No more Girl Scout Cookies. P.S. I walked a few boxes over to the Neighborhood Kids just to make sure. No more Costco chocolate covered almonds. No more FREE Starbucks Petite Deserts. No more junk.
There, I said it. The sun will be around one more whole hour and that means no more unhealty snacks. I hope noone calls me when the effects of this are setting in.
My latest healthy discovery is a pretty cool Snack. I learned how they made the Mango smoothie at Panera. So, tomorrow, I will blend ice with Vanilla Yogurt, a banana, an orange, and mango slices. All I need is a Purple Straw.
If you call tomorrow, remember to duck, y'all. It's going to be one big off the Sugar Bandwagon Fall.
