Once upon a time, a Listing Agent just put a Listing in the Computer....
Well, that was 25 years ago so let's fast forward to 2011.
Now it takes 50 great photos. First you study and select the best. Then you use photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop Elements. Then you use a resizer like VSO Image resizer or resize the batch in Elements. Then it takes sorting again because some products can use 50 photos and some only 25-30 photos.
Then you load up the MLS photos. Next, you create a Visual Tour. Then you do a TEXT Feature Sheet product like MobileRealEstateID.com. Then you do your Active Rain post and the Real Bird Product and did I mention your 8i Entries and Outlook entries and PDF for Relay and....
I am just getting warmed up. There is not even a temperature registered.
So MANY, many, many hours and truly DAYS later, I want to remind myself about how much time computers have saved this Golden Gal in Southern Maryland. But on the flip side, boy do my listings look drop dead gorgeous when I am finished all this photo showcasing for my Southern Maryland Homes.
The temperature is HOT indeed.
