One Nephew and some Tech Fun on Tuesday is Planned! I am really anxious for Tuesday. My techy guru Nephew is coming over for eight hours and we are going to tackle each Christmas Tech Toy one by one. The HD Flip Video, the NEW iPAD apps, the d3100 Nikon Camera and the Garmin GPS will all be getting a work out in Southern Md. That means Mobile Me, too! That means setting up contacts in the cloud so I can auto sync the iPAD to the computer. This will sure be FUN! I cannot wait for Tuesday!
Oh yeah, he is my secret weapon. I pay my Nephew to figure it out and show me. It's a long established pattern. I just like the bottom line which is show me how. Wow, I cannot wait to put these iPAD apps in front of him and get proficient running all the things I normally do on the laptop on the iPAD instead.
I need a clock with a countdown. I am that thrilled about learning this new stuff.
The way I see it, the average Realtor is in their 50's and the average home buyer is in their late 30's. We have to speak their language and they know all this stuff. It fascinates me so I am really lucky with that. If the truth be known, I think my Nephew is every bit as excited about this coming Tuesday as I am. If you see smoke coming out of the Southern Maryland beaches, it's us, figuring out all the latest gizmos and how to integrate them in to a Southern Maryland Real Estate Business. I cannot WAIT!
