I have three more Paperwork and Project Days and then it is back to FUN Home Showings. I already made my end of week showing appointments just to show you how excited I will be to do them! Paperwork is at the bottom of my FUN list. Hope it is a sunny day in Southern Maryland when I head toward Annapolis to show a few homes.
I received a call from Fernando Hernandez on Active Rain. He asked some questions about the Google Academy I attended and then shared a great idea. He uses SignmyPad app on his iPAD to do a lot of forms on the spot... Listings Included! I downloaded it on the spot and am going to check it out.
I am signed up for Docusign training tomorrow . An Apple IPAD IPHONE Realtor two hour session is also being hosted at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors this week. That is quickly rising up on the to do list.
Looks like this is a paperwork, project, training and showing kind of week in Southern Maryland.
