Okay, the bug might bite. Or it may have bitten. The photography part of blogging will catch up to you. I posted frenetically for five months to get the hang of blogging. I figured out clip art and video insertion and photo insertion from my existing photo stash but now by goal is to focus on blogging about homes in Southern Maryland. So suddenly it has become of interest to really snap photos around Southern Maryland. I listed four new lots in Southern Maryland and needed neat surrounding photos for my Picnik frame and Tour Factory product plus my Real Bird post on Active Rain.
So I went out and started snapping. I got a Pirate Boat on the beach by the Boardwalk and an old fashioned Candy Store plus the Boardwalk when it was so cold it was actually empty. I got ducks in the water and sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay. I got North Beach MD restaurants lit up by quaint lights and murals on buildings that could only happen in a Southern Maryland Beach Town. All of a sudden, I realized I was really getting in to it. I knew because I was snapping the mural of the side of a church with the town lights gently framing it and a passerby politlely said, "Hello." Poor fella, I screamed, he jumped, and I realized I had really gotten lost in this new photo project. Anyway, stay tuned for the photos on North Beach Maryland and my new lot listings. The photo bug has bitten.
I went back to take a photo of the crab and fisherman Christmas decorations but they have been removed. It's a photo project for next year on Tour Factory or Photodex! Anyway,after the evening photo project ended, what really made me ponder is that by taking photos to show others the Beauty of Southern Maryland I also redsicovered it myself. Uh oh, that means drag out the new camera instruction manual !
