My Manager cornered me when I zoomed in the office yesterday. I just love her.
I think she had all the entrances staked out after the EMail Broadcast Announcement went out.
She just couldn't wait to see my reaction OR how long it would take to get me rolling on my iPAD because she knows I just LOVE this stuff.
It was soooooo COOL. They had a QR code affixed to our office printer.
I took out my iPhone and scanned it for the email address that enabled this whole process.
This email address went straight into contacts. Each office around the DC Beltway has a unique email address.
This means I am operational at any office with no muss no fuss no prep and no headache.
The trick now is that you have to send a PDF only as in a Contract PDF where you use Docusign.
You simply forward the PDF to this new email address in your contacts list on your mobile device.
Then you look at the printer like the way they used to stare at a radio before there were TV's. Then you scream with delight.
No learning curve on the community computers, printers, etc. No codes to forget or stick. Just PRESTO and tag you're it.
Now you can get a copy to hand to your client when they prefer a paper and paperless version before they head home to start to PACK!

P.S. Just so you know, this post is written on my iPAD. I am about to insert a photo below directly from my iPAD. I am writing an offer today and sending it via my iPAD. All my contacts can be managed on my iPAD in one entry via the new 8i Mobile app just released this week. Quickbooks is working on their NEW cloud app. And the new APPLE iCloud for docs, music, books, apps and all the rest, well, YUM. Step into my office...all 9 by 7 INCHES of it!
