The tips he gives for integrating Real Bird with Tour Factory are fantastic. I am about to list four lots in the North Beach and Chesapeake Beach vicinity and wanted some clever, snappy NEW ideas to make the lot listings come to life. Erich Ziebarth, who worked for Brian Buffini coaching for many years, had a boatload of ideas for my new Southern Maryland Lot Listings coming up the next few days. I can use SnagIt to zoom into different zoom stages on maps and then use these snapshots in the tour. Or I can do community tours of the beach and surrounding beach scenes. Or I can use trulia embed codes. He and Gabe Gross from Real Bird kept the real estate marketing ideas flowing.
